Retreats
We host residential and one-day retreats throughout the year. Surrounded by nature and with plenty of space both indoors and out, we host groups of up to 30 in a relaxed and informal setting.
If you are a yoga or meditation practitioner or therapist planning a retreat we can offer you help with organisation and planning and have a list of partners who can deliver catering, nature connection work and art therapy.
The best way to know if The Quadrangle is right for your retreat is to come and see it. We’d love to show you around — get in touch to arrange a visit, have a call, or find out more about available dates.

Nature Connection
Our relationship to the natural world is one of our main focuses at the Quadrangle and we are keen to bring new ideas and understanding of ecology to the programmes held here by providing Forest Bathing and other nature connection sessions.
Guided Walks
We provide wildlife and foraging walks down the Darent Valley and up onto the North Downs and historical walks through Shoreham Village looking at the local architecture and agriculture and the landscapes which were so loved by the great artist Samual Palmer.
Testimonial
The Quadrangle has been my home-away-from-home for over four years now, it’s where I host yoga and nature retreats, where we co-create and nurture community. I love to run retreats here throughout the year, and notice the inner and outer changes with the seasons. The land and the nature here has so much to teach us, and as we slow down, connect and quietly observe and reflect on nature, we are reminded that we are nature.
Yoga practitioner
Katy, Maha Yoga
We recently spent a weekend on a Silent Retreat at the Quadrangle, and it was blissful. We slept in a double room which was very warm and comfortable, but those camping had a great time too. The atmosphere is quite extraordinary, and it's so close to London it's easy to get there and feel you've magically stepped out of the hustle and bustle.
