The Granary
With a large wood burning stove, Rayburn and full kitchen, this welcoming space holds groups of up to 25 for informal talks, workshops and group meals.
While the Big Barn is an active and open space, the Granary encourages reflection and more intimate conversation. The Granary feels like a home – and is still used by the family from time to time. There is a large fire, sofas and chairs, long bookcases – the space is perfect for guests to gather and unwind.
There is enough space for group discussion on chairs or cushions, and a long dining table seats up to 25. The Granary’s high ceilings are adorned with Chinese lanterns and antique tapestries (and the odd cobweb).
