Escape the city

The office is great for most things, but for those big strategic conversations it helps to be somewhere different. The Quadrangle has everything you need for the nuts and bolts: AV equipment, screens, flipcharts and post-its. But it also has blackbirds and beehives, river banks and rafters.

An away day at the Quadrangle will help you take a step back, think more clearly, and see the great ideas that were hiding in plain sight. We’ve hosted a wide range of organisations including The Fairtrade Foundation, Unilever and Glimpse.

The Quadrangle was an amazing and unique venue to host our company away day(s) in July. The location was absolutely beautiful, the venue had a great vibe and energy and it was very accessible via public transport from London. The informality of the barn and adjacent rooms made people feel at ease which in turn enabled more creativity and out the box thinking. We would definitely come back to use the space again. Thanks again!

Systemiq Away Days

There's something special about spending time working in nature. It makes people more open, and conversations more meaningful. The Quadrangle is a rare gem, a venue close enough to commute from London but a million miles from the hustle and bustle of everyday office life

Publica has held its annual away days at The Quadrangle for several years. The peaceful setting is perfect for informal discussions and presentations, and allows for fun and relaxing social activities as well. The team especially appreciated the tranquility of being surrounded by nature.

Fresh air, exercise, good food and a chance to speak with friends and colleagues about things that we should really spend more time thinking about. I can’t wait to return!
