This day is about immersing yourself in yoga, nature and discovering tranquility.

Schedule: 10am- 4pm
10am yoga
11.30 break
11.45 yoga, breath work and meditation
12.30 lunch
1.15 walking meditation in the garden
1.45 -4 yin yoga & yoga nidra

Cost £100 including drinks and snacks
