Guided by Andy Jarvis this weekend is dedicated to stillness, presence, and embodied awareness.

The Quiet Body Retreat offers an immersive introduction to The Quiet Body Method, a contemporary approach to yoga that guides practitioners beyond physical exercise and into a deeper relationship with breath, sensation, attention, and self-awareness.

Through carefully guided movement, meditation, breathwork, philosophy, restorative practices, sound, silence, and time spent outdoors, participants are invited to explore what it means to truly arrive in themselves.

The retreat is suitable for all experience levels. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practising for many years, the weekend is designed to meet you where you are.

Throughout the weekend you will experience key elements of The Quiet Body Method, including guided practice sessions, introductory philosophy teachings, reflective exercises, nature immersion, and opportunities for both community connection and personal solitude.

There will be time to walk the surrounding countryside, rest by the river, journal, reflect, or simply sit quietly amongst nature.

This is not a retreat focused on achievement or performance.

It is an invitation to pause.

To listen.
