Hosted by Sam Barker and Emma Daly from Shakti Space, this nourishing spring retreat is designed to support participants in reconnecting with their natural rhythm.

Across four restorative days, the retreat plants the S.E.E.D. framework — Stillness, Embodiment, Exploration, Dedication — with practices that tend to body, heart, and spirit through movement, meditation, ritual, and immersion in nature.

Stillness – Stop.

The retreat opens with an emphasis on slowing down and arriving into presence. Through Yoga Nidra, meditation, and intentional periods of silence, participants are invited into deep rest, self-reflection, and compassionate awareness, creating spaciousness for insight and renewal.

Embodiment – Feel.

Each morning begins with grounding pranayama and heart-opening yoga to awaken vitality and flow. Gentle, breath-led movement is followed by a sound journey that resonates through the body, anchoring participants fully in the present moment.

Exploration – See.

The surrounding forest becomes a living classroom. Forest bathing and an immersive audio walk encourage sensory awakening and a renewed sense of wonder. These experiences are complemented by Ayurvedic teachings that illuminate the sacred relationship between nature and self.

Dedication – Be.

Guided journaling throughout the retreat supports intention-setting and meaningful reflection. The journey concludes with a fire ceremony — a ritual of dedication to growth and renewal that honours both personal transformation and the turning of the season.

This retreat offers an invitation to slow down and reconnect — planting the seeds for what participants wish to cultivate within themselves and in their lives.
