Join TealCo for three days in October 2026 for the Regenerative Rootcamp.

The programme will include:
-Training in TealCo’s holistic Organisation as Organism framework for designing and cultivating initiatives that truly help the world to thrive.
-Transformative exercises to support deeper connection to the living world and its wisdom.
-Deep dives into collaboratively chosen regenerative principles and practices — and how to apply them
-Guided time to work on your own strategy or inquiry with support from peers and specialists
-Space to reflect, connect, breathe, move and be still

The Rootcamp is for anyone guiding or stewarding change work who is seeking to deepen their practice and impact. You might be:
-Setting up a new organisation and hoping to make it impactful and life-aligned from the start
-Leading an existing organisation towards a resilient, values-aligned future
-Supporting an initiative or team on their regenerative journey, for example as a consultant, coach, manager or Board member
-Stewarding a community, movement or family to have a more positive impact in the world

Accommodation:
Is in beautiful single-sex dorms. A few very special private twin or super king rooms are available for a £60 supplement. First come first served.

The Rootcamp is led by Hannah Temple:
Hannah is a specialist in regenerative organisational practice and the founder of TealCo. She has helped multiple businesses, charities, think tanks and NGOs become more regenerative by integrating nature’s wisdom into their practices, policies and ways of being. She is a nature connection facilitator, biomimic and permaculture practitioner. Hannah hosts the A Thriving Future podcast, is a faculty member at the Life Centred Design School, and co-leads the Earth Funding Lab.

We are also lucky to be joined by Rachael Castell:
Rachael is an experienced educator facilitator and trainer with particular expertise working with the creative sector. She excels at designing inspiring, creative experiences that shift people’s perspectives and help them bring their ideas to life. She was previously Director of regenerative business consultancy Our Pledge.
