Regenerative Rootcamp
Re-ground yourself and your work in the principles, practices and ways of regeneration.
Join TealCo for two days in January 2026 for the Regenerative Rootcamp — an opportunity for anyone guiding or implementing regenerative work in organisations to re-ground themselves in the core principles and methods of regenerative practice, deepen their relationship with nature, reconnect with their regenerative vision, and make tangible progress on their regenerative strategy with the support of like-hearted peers and expert mentors.
The programme will include:
Training in TealCo’s Organisation as Organism framework for holistic regenerative practice
Exercises to support deeper connection to the living world and its wisdom
Deep dives into collaboratively chosen regenerative principles and practices — and how to apply them
Guided time to work on your regenerative strategy with support from peers and specialists
Space to reflect, connect, breathe, move and be still
The Regenerative Rootcamp is for anyone involved in guiding or implementing regenerative work in an organisation who is seeking to deepen their practice.
You might be:
Setting up a new organisation and hoping to make it regenerative from the start
Supporting a client or employer on their regenerative journey
Stewarding a community, movement or family to be more regenerative
