If you’re feeling a growing sense of unrest, as our world changes at such a rapid pace, watching eco-systems and societies unravel, as technology storms ahead, and you’re looking for a place to voice your fears, hopes or confusion, we welcome you.

We’ll spend the weekend fluidly exploring the question of ‘how we prepare for a future we cannot know’ – with the underlying belief that our connection to ourselves, each other and nature will help us resource and steady ourselves for what’s ahead.

Over a spacious 3 days, we’ll share group conversations, tune into to nature through our senses, connect to the bio-region, river and landscape of the land around us, share nourishing meals, enjoy solo and group time for reflective practice, and consider the way we might need to change internally, to adapt to the external challenges around us; ecologically, socially, culturally.

There will be offerings, all invitational of embodied exercises including;
– Morning movement
– Forest bathing
– Group dialogues
– Place based meditation
– Creative making and drawing
