Wellbeing Tribe sessions are available for families in the mornings, and Elemental sessions for women take place in the afternoons. Tailored 1:1 sessions are also available throughout the day.

Tailored 1:1 sessions:
Start the year by treating yourself to some dedicated time to connect to yourself and nature. One-hour slots are available throughout the day at a cost of £40. Each session can be personalised to suit your needs — whether you’re looking for a relaxing, reflective, or more active experience. Kirsty can guide you through visualisations, reiki healing, mindful walking, reflective wilderness therapeutic activities, or nature-inspired crafting.
Family Wellbeing Tribe sessions:
Each session is limited to four families and will run on the mornings of Tuesday 13th, 20th, and 27th January, from 9.30–11am. You can book individual sessions for £25 per family, or all three at a reduced price of £60.
Activities will be tailored to the ages and interests of the children who join, ensuring everyone has a fun and engaging experience. Sessions include light refreshments, time outdoors, and usually a bushcraft or nature-inspired craft activity.
Women’s Elemental Sessions:
Join a small, intimate group of no more than eight women for nurturing Tuesday sessions from 1.30–3pm.
You’re welcome to book individual sessions for £25 per person or enjoy all three at the reduced price of £60.
Each session includes a beverage of your choice, mindful movement, simple breathing practices, and opportunities to connect with nature. The experience concludes with a deeply relaxing nature-themed visualisation.
Tuesday 13th January – The Earth Element
A calming, nurturing session designed to help you feel grounded and centred.
What to expect:
• Enjoy a soothing herbal tea on arrival in the cosy Shepherd’s Barn.
• Move gently through a series of slow, mindful poses and movements, either outdoors or with peaceful views of nature.
• Spend time connecting with the natural world through a sensory walk, a stone or tree sit spot, or a simple nature-inspired craft.
• Concluding with a deeply relaxing, earth-element visualisation to leave you feeling rooted and restored.
Tuesday 20th January – The Air Element
An uplifting, creative session designed to help you dream, feel inspired, and gently plan for the year ahead.
What to expect:
• Begin with an uplifting herbal tea on arrival in the cosy Shepherd’s Barn.
• Move through a series of breathing practices and gentle movements at your own pace.
• Connect with the natural world through sky-gazing, nature doodling, or crafting a dream catcher with natural materials.
• Conclude with a light, expansive air-element visualisation to leave you feeling inspired and refreshed.
• You’ll then have a few quiet moments to capture your insights through journaling or by creating a simple mini vision board to carry your intentions forward.
Tuesday 27th January – The Water and Fire Elements
A revitalising yet soothing session designed to help you dream, feel inspired, and gently plan for the year ahead.
What to expect:
• Begin with a balancing herbal tea on arrival in the cosy Shepherd’s Barn.
• A movement session inspired by the balance between fluid Water energy and vibrant Fire energy.
• Connect with the natural world through a mindful walk, riverside sit spot then create either an elemental ornament or small mandala whilst sitting by the fire.
• Conclude with a nourishing visualisation that pairs the coolness of water with the warmth of fire, leaving you feeling balanced and in a state of harmonious flow.
- Finish with a peaceful, reflective moment to journal your intentions for bringing more balance into your life — tuning into your natural pace, flowing with Water’s calm, embracing Fire’s transformative energy, and finding harmony between action and rest.
