Guided mindfulness exercises
Flowing yoga class
A woodland & countryside walk in the nearby Kent Downs
Lunch – all dietary requirements catered for
Guided journalling and intention setting
Group games, wild swim/dip OR free time to use individually for your own self care exercise
A restorative yoga class

Cost: £130 per person

All levels of yoga & mindfulness experience absolutely welcome – it’s not about “achieving” anything physical, it’s about taking time for yourself to move and actively listen to your body.
