What is HealthTribe’s Wellbeing Reset? This is more than just a ‘retreat’!
Over an immersive weekend, our group of expert holistic coaches will deliver a transformative programme of practical concepts and strategies helping you design lifestyle habits that will serve you for years to come.
Using HealthTribe’s simple Four Doctors Philosophy this weekend will transform and empower your choices around diet, movement, sleep, and mental and emotional health.
To reinforce and support the integration of the practical habits of the Four Doctors Philosophy, the weekend’s programme outline will also include energy balancing Kundalini Yoga, the healing qualities of singing bowls and Gong Bath, the embodiment and energy cultivation of Qigong and the powerful practice of working out.
You have the choice to immerse yourself over the weekend and opt to stay at the Quadrangle (see below options below schedule) arrival from 6pm Friday evening.
Please note – For those opting to use their your own accommodation, arrival will be between 8-8.30am for 9am start the Saturday.
Schedule
Arrival on Saturday at 8.30am for 9.00am start, and we will finish on Sunday by 4.30pm.
The final programme will constantly evolve until we meet, as it will be tailored based on each participant’s aims and goals. This information will be gathered through a confidential assessment form to be completed at the time of booking. However, the weekend agenda is currently looking like this:

As food is part of Dr Diet, we believe providing delicious, nutritious food with the highest provenance is integral to your experience (with organic and locally sourced produce wherever possible), as well as snacks, tea and coffee. Allergies and special dietary requirements will be catered for with notice.

Dan Tiley
Dan is passionate about bringing balance to people’s lives. Since graduating from a Sports Science Degree in 2000, Dan has trained extensively with the CHEK (Corrective, Holistic, Exercise, Kinesiology) Institute in California.

Diana Araújo Mellinger
Diana’s life’s passion lies in guiding individuals toward happiness, success, and fulfillment.
With 25 years of corporate experience in Training and Communications, followed by a decade dedicated to providing Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis services for children, teens, and adults, Diana is deeply committed to unlocking the inner potential of every individual. Through NLP workshops, coaching sessions, and therapeutic interventions in schools across Kent, she empowers others with tools to adopt positive mindsets, harmony, and harnesses their own healing abilities.
As a certified NLP Coach Master, NLP4Kids and Empowering Learning Practitioner, and Hypnosis and Reiki Master, Diana has honed her skills under esteemed mentors including Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna. Belonging to reputable associations such as The Association For NLP and The Reiki Guild, she upholds the highest standards of training and professional ethics.

Tanya Smale – Tanya is a Kundalini yoga teacher, Reiki Master and gong healer. She also works in a health food shop and is a freelance writer for spiritual magazines and she loves sharing her passions to help others realise their potential. During her gong baths, Tanya plays a Venus gong, which represents the planet of love and relationships and a crystal singing bowl tuned to the note F, which opens your heart chakra and she encourages attendees to focus on self-love, the most important love of all.@tanyasmale
Kirsten Sutherland– Kirsten is a certified Sound Healer sharing the ancient ritual of sound alchemy, weaving Shamanic and Eastern influences into her practice.
After witnessing the profound effects sound healing had on her mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing over the last 2 years, she has been drawn to share this experience with others ever since.
Kirsten intertwines crystal bowls, gong and channeled melodies with her voice, cultivating a deeper connection to our emotions by opening the heart space.@circular.sounds
