Embodied Regeneration is an emergent and co-created community of practice for women change-makers, dedicated to nurturing personal and collective journeys of inner regeneration.

They hold safe, inclusive, and holistic spaces for unlearning old paradigms, navigating tensions and transitions, and embodying regenerative, conscious, and feminine leadership qualities.

They’ve been gathering seasonally in London since the start of 2024, and now for the first time come together for a weekend-long immersion in the rest of nature.

Note: You do not need to have attended a previous event to join the immersion.
Please read their community values here.

What you can expect:
• a journey curated for our whole selves – heart, body, mind, spirit
• space to share our stories and experience the power of being witnessed
• embodied practices to connect to our senses
• guided activities to drop into deeper connection together
• alone time to be with the land
• (optional) cold water dipping in the river
• learning sessions to deepen our regenerative explorations
• open space to offer something to the group or ask for
• feedback on a project
• evening fireside to share stories and songs
• a sense of belonging in like-minded community
• a weekend tailored to the desires and needs of the group (you will be sent a questionnaire in advance)
• an alcohol and drug free space
• (optional) digital detox (we can keep your phones safe for you)

Facilitators:
While we are bringing a co-creative and emergent quality to the weekend, there will be a few people guiding you through specific elements.

Nikki Kapp initiated the Embodied Regeneration Community in early 2024 and will be the lead facilitor during the immersion. Nikki is a regenerative leadership coach and spaceholder, supporting changemakers to create impact in the world while showing up authentically and staying rooted in pleasure, joy, and creativity.

Heather Lynch will be guiding us through the Conscious Evolution Collage, an interactive workshop to explore the root causes of the meta-crisis and a desirable path for a sustainable and desirable future. Heather works with changemakers to support them to find deeper happiness, fulfilment and peace and to feel empowered to have a more systemic and meaningful impact in the world.

Molly Simpson will support us in deepening our understanding of our role as changemakers through the lens of story. Using the Fortune Tellus methodology, we will strengthen the connective tissue between the different sides of ourselves and the diverse voices within our ecosystem, creating a stronger sense of connection and purpose amid complexity and transition.

Exchange
We’ve made spaces available on a sliding scale to make the weekend as accessible as possible.
Paying the full or abundance amount helps us make concession spaces available.
If the concession price is still a barrier to you, please let us know and we can potentially explore another form of exchange (email nikki@nikkikapp.com).

Abundance £300 / Full £250 / Concession £180

What others have said about our community:

“This sort of community is vital in the work that we are collectively doing towards just and regenerative futures.”

“As women we are often living at the edge of our comfort – in professional contexts as much as in personal relationships – and this community has provided a much needed space for us to inhabit those edges together, to confront and question them, and also to fully accept and embody ourselves in whatever manifestation of ourselves we bring to the room.”

“It is a safe, warm, kind environment that fosters vulnerability and openness, a set of characteristics that are antidotal to chaos culture.”

“It was such a gift to be connected with a group of caring and passionate people, all open to build on each other’s thoughts and support each other. I left feeling filled up and energised with a new network of supportive individuals.”
