The Darent River, one of the Quadrangle’s most loved features, runs through the garden offering a rare connection to the natural landscape and a peaceful place for reflection, paddling, or, for experienced open-water swimmers, an invigorating wild swim.
For those who love to swim – please see below about access to the river.
*Please note that river access is part of the natural environment and is not supervised, managed, or provided as an organised activity by The Quadrangle. Conditions vary and any use of the river is at guests’ own discretion and risk.
