Before the busyness of December begins, As You Are offers a peaceful weekend to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Over three days, guests are invited to slow down, soften, and nurture themselves through yoga, meditation, sound, nourishing food, rest, and time in nature.

This retreat is hosted by Chloe Bridges and is about showing up exactly as you are — no expectations, no pressure, just space to be you.

A Rough Outline of the Weekend
Friday – Arrival from 5pm, welcome circle & slow flow yoga followed by dinner.

Saturday – Morning yoga & meditation, breakfast, countryside walk, Lunch, mindful craft session, Afternoon tea, Yin yoga & evening sound bath, dinner.

Sunday – Gentle yoga practice, brunch, time in nature and closing circle
(The schedule is designed to be flexible, with plenty of space for rest and reflection.)
